As per her latest post, her day kicks off at 6:30 a.m. with some natural sunlight for a dose of Vitamin D, followed by a practice called oil pulling. Oil pulling involves swishing oil in your mouth to help improve oral health and detoxify the body.
Next, Samantha incorporates Gua Sha into her routine, a technique that helps stimulate circulation and promote healthy hair growth. By 7 a.m., she's hitting the gym for her workout, which includes pushups and bench presses. After exercising, she takes a moment for gratitude and prayer, setting a positive tone for her day.

Her evening routine includes a session of red light therapy at 6 p.m. for a collagen boost, followed by a game of pickleball at 7 p.m. To wind down, Samantha meditates at 9:30 p.m. and is in bed by 10 p.m., ensuring she ends her day with relaxation and self-care.
