Aditya Kumar hails from the small village of Ajitpura in Hanumangarh district, Rajasthan. Fourteen years ago, after passing the 12th grade, he set a clear goal for his life: to enter government service by cracking the UPSC exam. With determination, he began preparing and applying for various government posts but it wasn't an easy road - since he faced 30 failures in different exams before getting to taste success.

After months of rigorous preparation, he faced his first exam¡ªand failed.?

This was just the beginning of a gruelling cycle of setbacks. Over time, he appeared for 30 different exams,?including attempts at the All India Engineering Entrance Exam, Central School Organisation exams, and various banking exams.?
Each time he ended up facing disappointment - over and over.
Such repeated failures would have discouraged anyone, but not this boy.
Despite facing thirty rejections, he did not lose his resolve.?
He set his sights on a bigger challenge¡ªthe UPSC exam.?
In 2013, he left his village and moved to Delhi to dedicate himself fully to his preparation.?
People around him doubted his capabilities, mocking his persistence: How could someone who failed ordinary exams succeed in the formidable UPSC?
For a while, it seemed they might be right, as Aditya faced three consecutive failures in the UPSC exams.?

His first attempt in 2014 ended at the prelims. In 2015, he cleared the prelims and mains but failed the interview due to overconfidence. The 2016 attempt also did not go well.?
Were the skeptics right after all???
Undeterred, Aditya kept pushing forward until his persistence finally paid off.
In 2017, during his fourth attempt, he finally turned the tide. Not only did he crack the UPSC exam, but he also secured a place in the prestigious IPS cadre, achieving the 630th rank in the 2018 results.
Today, Aditya Kumar serves as an ASP in Sangrur district, Punjab, showing that determination and hard work can turn even the most daunting dreams into reality.?
