In 2016, Tina Dabi, a 22-year-old from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh made her family proud by securing the coveted first rank in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Service Exam.
Five years later, it was a double delight for Jaswant Dabi and his wife Himani Dabi, as their younger daughter Ria Dabi also cleared the UPSC Civil Service Exam.
Ria Dabi cleared the UPSC Civil Service Exam in 2020, bagging the AIR 15. Like her elder sister Tina, Ria Dabi also cleared the UPSC exam on her very first attempt.

The two sisters have much more in common - both are alumni of Lady Shri Ram College in Delhi and as IAS officers, chose Rajasthan Cadre.
Ria, a 2021 batch IAS officer was initially posted in Alwar before being made the SDM in Girwa, Udaipur.
Ria Dabi is married to Manish Kumar, a 2021 batch IPS officer from the Maharashtra Cadre.
The duo reportedly met during their training at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy Of Administration in Mussoorie. Following their marriage, Manish a resident of Delhi, sought a Cadre transfer to Rajasthan, which was approved by the Union Home Ministry in 2023.
