This ICMR-NIV recruitment drive is for a total of 80 vacancies, of which 49 are for Technical Assistant (Group-B Technical Non-Ministerial) and the remaining 31 are for Technician-I (Group-C Technical Non-Ministerial).?
The online computer-based test will be held on 16 and 17 December 2023.?
ICMR-NIV functions under the aegis of IndianCouncil of Medical Research, an autonomous organization under Department of Health Research,Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.

Before filling up the Online Application, a candidate must have a working Webcam with Mic connected to their Desktop/Laptop when filling out the online application form.?
Step 2: Register on the homepage with your email ID and mobile number.?
Step 3: Generate login credentials and fill out the application form by uploading the required documents and paying the application fee.?
Step 4: Download and save the application form or take a printout for future reference.?
ICMR-NIV recruitment 2023: Selection process?
Selection of the above posts would be based on the merit achieved by the candidate in the computer-based test (CBT) and subsequent document verification by ICMR-NIV.?
COMPUTER-BASED TEST (CBT) & SYLLABUS:?
Total marks: 100 marks?
Total questions: 100 multiple choice objective type questions
Test duration: 90 minutes?
The CBT will be held in English OR Hindi. The CBT will consist of Section 'A' of 30 marks & Section 'B' of 70 marks.?
Section A will cover General Intelligence/ Awareness/ Quantitative Aptitude/ Computer skills/ English Language.?
Section B will have Subject related Questions.95 per cent weightage will be given to the marks scored by the candidate in the CBT (Computer Based Test).?
A maximum of five (05) marks for Post Essential Qualification Research/Lab/Field experience in any Government recognized/ approved/ registered Institution or organization will be added to the marks scored by the candidate in the CBT (out of 95).? ?
