Seven people suffered heart attack while a 64 year-old man died of cardiac arrest after participating in the famous Mumbai Marathon on Sunday.?
The 17th edition of the Tata Mumbai Marathon saw more than 50000 people participating, but the event was overshadowed by more than half-a-dozen people suffering heart attack during the run.
Gajanan Maljalkar, a 64-year-old participant, died of cardiac arrest while running the Tata Mumbai Marathon in the morning. He was declared brought dead, according to the hospital. While the other seven who suffered heart attack are currently being treated in the hospital.?
