According to reports, the national carrier will still continue to give business class fliers choice between veg and non-veg.?
"We implemented this move about two weeks back. It is expected to save us Rs 7-8 crore annually," said a senior official.

A report in The Hindu states that the number of passengers opting for vegetarian meals has risen, because of which the non -veg are often wasted. ˇ°Also, we run short of vegetarian meals, leading to complaints. So we decided to serve only vegetarian meals in certain sectors,ˇ± the official said.
