Spending even a few hours in the hospital can be unpleasant, and enduring days or months there is even harder. In such difficult times, receiving genuine care and concern becomes especially heartwarming.
While placing an order from a hospital, a customer noticed that Blinkit sent warm wishes to him and his family upon detecting his location.
In a LinkedIn post, Prabhat Motwani shared his experience: "Blinkit's small gesture just made my day. While ordering from the hospital, I saw this message on Blinkit's interface: 'We noticed your order is from a hospital. Sending you and your dear ones our warmest wishes.' This is a very small thing they could easily overlook among thousands of customers, but it can lift up someone's mood?who has been in the hospital for the last few days. It's great to see companies go beyond transactions and show genuine care for their customers."
He also included a snapshot of the order and the message where one can see that Blinkit had also prioritised the order.
