The girl's family had alleged that the accident was a conspiracy by MLA Kuldeep Senger to eliminate them.
The BJP which had initially suspended Senger from the party pending the CBI investigation on Friday announced that the four-time MLA has been expelled.
Senger is accused of kidnapping and raping the girl in June 2017 when the victim, who was 17-years-old at the time had gone to meet him seeking a job. Following the accident on Sunday Senger has now been booked for murder also.
