Once you hit rock bottom, there is no going down. When the recession hit the world back in 2007, a lot of people lost their jobs and were sacked and their life took a new turn.

So when Sujay Sohani received a message post-recession that he lost his job, he decided to start a new business of his own. A dejected Sohani approached Subodh Joshi, who was his classmate at Bandra's Rizvi College in 1999 and ventured into the world with their vada pav.
The duo then kickstarted a vada-pav stall back in 2010 and seven years later, they have earned?an annual turnover of 5,00,000 pounds (Rs. 4.39 crore, approx).

"After completing the course, we decided to pursue a post-graduate degree in London. When we finished the course, we got jobs in reputed hotels and were earning well. Everything was fine until the recession hit us," Joshi says reports NDTV.
Things weren't really great in the beginning and they even went from one shop to another in search of a better place but things got better with time.?

They then walked around the city and encouraged people to try it for free. It is then when the Indian variant of burger got popularized and their business began making profits.?
Now, they even take orders for weddings and parties and have added over 60 varieties of Indian street food dishes to their menu. They have even employed?more than 35 employees and are constantly becoming bigger than before.?
