A video has gone viral on social media showing a heated argument between a passenger and the ground staff of Lufthansa after she was allegedly denied boarding the plane. The incident happened at the Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) in New Delhi. In the video, shot by the passenger, one of the ground staff of the airline can be heard repeatedly saying that she will call security.
It is unclear from the viral video why the female passenger was denied boarding by Lufthansa.?But?from the conversation between the passenger and the ground staff, it appears that there was some issue with her emigration clearance.
In the video, the woman passenger can be heard asking repeatedly the Lufthansa ground staff to give in writing that she can only take a direct flight. The woman passenger insisted on getting an answer from the Lufthansa ground staff, after which one of them asked a colleague to call security.

If you want to know the rules, go to the German embassy".
