Viral Video: A 10-foot-long crocodile recently caused a stir in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, after it crawled out of a canal and was spotted wandering near Narora Ghat. The incident, which has been widely shared on social media, shows the reptile attempting to climb over an iron railing in an effort to return to the water. However, it fails and ends up on the ground.
According to reports, the crocodile emerged from the Ganga canal, attracting significant attention. In the viral video, the crocodile's struggles to climb back into the canal are evident. One user on social media platform X shared the video, stating, ¡°UP: This crocodile came out of Ganga canal in Narora of Bulandshahr district. The forest department team reached there and rescued it and released it back in the canal. Crocodile brother, it is hot here, stay in the water.¡±
The video has garnered over 2,14,000?views and has prompted numerous humorous reactions. One user commented, ¡°Crocodile, it¡¯s very hot here, go back to the canal,¡± while another joked, ¡°Everyone knows who can handle this crocodile.¡±??
Subsequent videos show forest officials arriving at the scene. They can be seen covering the crocodile¡¯s head and tying its limbs with ropes to safely manage the situation. After several hours, the officials successfully rescued the crocodile and released it back into the canal, according to media reports.
In a separate incident, a resident of Assam¡¯s Nagaon district found a startling number of snakes in their bathroom. Sanjib Deka, an animal lover, rescued a total of 35 snakes and later released them into their natural habitat. A video shared by news agency ANI shows the snakes coiled under a large rock and later being collected in a bucket.
