In the second over, Phil Salt got into the groove by hitting Ishant Sharma for two fours.
In the third over, Sunil Narine hit his first four of the game while Salt also hit more fours in the same over. Sunil Narine finally got going in the fourth over when Ishant Sharma came to bowl his second over. Ishant Sharma bowled a short delivery but it did not make any difference as Sunil Narine pulled it for another six. The third ball went for a four before Ishant Sharma managed to deliver a dot ball. However, Sunil Narine ended the over by hitting another six and a four.
Narine was eventually dismissed Mitchell Marsh but not before he had inched up to 85 runs off 39 balls.?Narine got back to his vintage form with the bat when KKR faced RCB at Chinnaswamy ahead of this fixture. He won the player of the match award there, and kept on doing wonderful things against the Capitals.
