Head's explosive 62 off 24 balls and Abhishek's aggressive 63 off 23 balls laid the groundwork for Klaasen's unbeaten 80 off 34 balls, securing SRH's mammoth total in Hyderabad.

However, fans of Royal Challengers Bangalore may find solace as their 200 against Kings XI Punjab (now Punjab Kings) back in 2016 remains the quickest one in the competition. RCB achieved the milestone in 14.1 overs, whereas SRH took 14.4 overs to reach the mark.

But SRH managed to squeeze in the joint-quickest 250 in IPL history. And RCB's previous record of the highest IPL total of 263 runs was shattered as the Hyderabad boys posted 277 runs at the end of their full quota of overs.
