A 31-year-old employee of a public broadcaster in Japan reportedly died due to stress from overworking.?

Miwa Sado, who used to work at NHK logged in 159 extra hours of work in a month and only took two days off, which lead to her demise from heart failure in 2013. The details of her death were released by her previous employer this week.

As a result, authorities in Japan are now on the radar. Several other cases of similar cases have come out in public. Another 24-year-old woman,?Matsuri Takahashi, killed herself in April 2015 due to painfully long hours at work. She used to work with?Dentsu advertising agency.
