Its signature programs are mobile medical units (MMUs) that provide basic medical services to those in extremely remote areas and the Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) Programme, whose aim is to help youth with this chronic health condition manage it.

The foundation's educational endeavours range from providing higher education at the esteemed KPB Hinduja College of Commerce to grassroots initiatives like the Road to School and the Road to Livelihood. In India, water conservation is indeed a pressing need, and the proactive Jal Jeevan program initiated by the Hinduja Foundation has sought to address this issue. By such vast lake restorations and groundwater recharge activities, the foundation has provided people access to sustainable water solutions for more than five million people.

Under this program, 56 lakes have been rejuvenated, groundwater levels revived and widely made safe drinking water available in those countries. These works carry more meaning than mere civil works; they are more about building a community around the value of water stewardship.

In the taluka of Jawhar in Maharashtra, the program has transformed nearly 924 hectares of wasteland into productive land and improved the quality of livelihood among more than 22,600 people.
