When MS Dhoni's six sealed the match against Sri Lanka, a nation erupted in joy. April 2, 2011 saw India lift the World Cup after 28 years.
For two men it was a different experience. This was Virat Kohli's first World Cup and Sachin Tendulkar's last and they both got to know what it meant ?to win the trophy.

One maestro was on his way out and the other was a legend in the making. The scene that stands out was Kohli carrying Sachin on his shoulder.
He dedicated the win to Sachin, and felt the least they could do was hoist him high.
What a gesture by the team to pay their respects to the Master Blaster. Sachin retired 2 years later and Kohli is now the Team India skipper.
One man has left a legacy which the other is certainly looking good to carry on.
