Cristiano Ronaldo cannot make a move without breaking a record. He's used to the exercise by now. His awe-inspiring, breakneck speed has left him miles ahead of most footballers around the world.
One of the players he has almost left behind is Tottenham Hotspur legend Jimmy Greaves. Dominating the coveted game of numbers that spurs most footballers around the world, Ronaldo has equalled Greaves' record as all-time top European goal scorer. Greaves had the highest number of goals in English Top League.
In Sunday's stunning La Liga win against Sevilla, Ronaldo ensured scored a brace to equal Greaves' tally of 366 goal in top five European leagues. One more strike will take CR7's tally to 367, which will be one more than Greaves' 366, which he earned during his 14-year career for Chelsea and the Spurs.
During the Premier League, Ronaldo scored 84 goals for Manchester United and in his current tenure at Real Madrid he just scored his 400th goal for Real Madrid, equalling Gerd Muller's record with the Los Blancos.
