Ravinder ended with silver as he lost to Ulukbek Zholdoshbekov in the 61kg final at the Under-23 World Wrestling Championship.
He lost 3-5 to the current Asian Champion in the category.
But Ravinder still has reason to be proud as a silver at this level is a big deal. He had won gold at the South Asian Games in 2016 along with bronze at the Cadet Asian Championships in 2014.
This was India*s first medal in the 2019 edition.
Ravinder won 12-1 vs Marcell Budai Kovacs to start off and then demolished Dinislam Takhtarov 11-0 in the quarters.
