Jacob Fatu scored a key victory over Jey Uso on the November 29 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, the last before Survivor Series: WarGames, to give the New Bloodline an advantage in their upcoming clash with the OG Bloodline on Sunday.?The Samoan Werewolf and Jey Uso faced off in the WarGames Advantage Match, with the winner set to earn the advantage for their team in the WarGames Match at WWE Survivor Series.
Given the high stakes and the bitter animosity between the two sides, SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis had banned members of both the OG Bloodline and the New Bloodline from ringside.
Despite a valiant fight by Jey Uso, Fatu emerged victorious in the main event of SmackDown, which marked his first televised singles match in WWE.
Fatu made his debut on the June 21 episode of WWE SmackDown and soon became the newest member of The Bloodline, led by Solo Sikoa.
At Survivor Series: WarGames, the Original Bloodline, led by Roman Reigns, and Sikoa's New Bloodline will settle their dispute in a WarGames Match.
Reigns will have the Usos, Sami Zayn, and CM Punk in his corner, along with Paul Heyman. On the other hand, the New Bloodline is going into the battle with Fatu, Bronson Reed, Tonga Loa, and Tama Tonga in its corner.
The OG Bloodline and New Bloodline will face off under WarGames rules inside a double steel cage with two rings.
One member from each team will start the match by entering the ring for five minutes, after which the team with the "advantage" sends its second member. Once all five members of both teams have entered the cage, the WarGames Match will officially get underway.
