On the iPhone, you can change touch sensitivity by following the steps below

Haptic Touch is essentially the name given by Apple to its touch responsiveness feature. The iPhone has two settings for Haptic Touch - fast and slow. Based on this, the iPhone decided when a single touch is complete in order to show you an action or a preview.

You can change its speed by opening the Settings app >> Accessibility >> Touch >> Haptic Touch. Here, choose between Fast and Slow haptic sensitivity. You can also test both the modes by performing a Touch Duration Test on the same screen.

2. Touch Accommodations

For advanced settings that help you decide the sensitivity of your iPhone, head over to Settings >> Accessibility >> Touch >> Touch Accommodations. Here, turn on the toggle for the Touch Accommodations setting.

• * Hold Duration: This option helps you decide how long it takes for the iPhone to register a single touch.
• * Ignore Repeat: Multiple taps can be registered as a single tap through this setting. Change it as per your requirement.
• * Swipe Gestures: Turn on this setting if you don't want your "Hold Duration" settings to interfere with swipe gestures.
• * Tap Assistance: Through this feature, you can decide if the initial or the final touch location is registered on the touchscreen when you're navigating across the entirety of it.
