Most of us can agree we¡¯re pretty addicted to our smartphones. Whether it¡¯s playing games, clicking and posting selfies on Instagram , or witty responses on Twitter, or just chatting on WhatsApp all day, every other minute of the day is spent looking at the small display in our pocket.
If that¡¯s the case with your iPhone, you¡¯re actually misusing it, at least according to the man responsible for making it.

In a public appearance before the media he said about the iPhone, ¡°Like any tool, you can see there's wonderful use and then there's misuse.¡± When asked what he meant by that by New Yorker editor David Remnick, he indicated using the iPhone near constantly could be construed as misuse.
Ive said that part of the inspiration for the iPhone was how much other phones they were using were ¡°a little soul destroying.¡± He even went on to say that the Apple team tried to build the Apple Watch so that people could get their instant notifications right there, with those not on such a time crunch able to just check their phones later. Ive said the wearable helped him stop incessantly checking his emails and thereby misusing his iPhone.
