After months of back-and-forth jibes on Twitter (yes, Musk, we're looking at you), the court bought long-sought resolution for NASA, SpaceX, and Blue Origin alike.
In classic Musk style, a meme-inspired reaction followed the news from the 2012 film "Dredd" saying "you have been judged."
After Judge Richard Hertling gave the ruling in SpaceX's favour, NASA announced that it will resume work with SpaceX as soon as possible.
NASA is increasingly inviting private space companies to help the agency out with future space exploration projects. In a bid not to alienate Blue Origin, NASA added that it has a series of "opportunities" lined up for "companies to partner with NASA" to help establish human presence on the Moon under the Artemis programme.
Jeff?Bezos also reacted to the ruling on Twitter, claiming that while it was "not the decision we wanted, we respect the court's judgment." That means there will no further appeals to this judgement and the project can move on to the next phase of development.
