Jeff Bezos, the richest man in the world, showed his soft and humble side in the form of a letter he wrote to Amazon India customers.
The Amazon founder wrote to thank?Indian customers on Wednesday to mark the fifth anniversary of the e-commerce giant in India.

In the letter, Jeff Bezos also reiterated how Amazon.in had been the most visited shopping site in India for the last two years straight, and drew attention to the fact that Amazon India has received orders from all serviceable pin codes in the country -- no small feat.?

Jeff Bezos letter to Amazon India customers
Jeff Bezos mentioned that Amazon India's "progress is energizing." He also championed the fact that hundreds of thousands of Indian businesses now sell on Amazon.in, and key programs like Chai Cart, Tatkal and Saheli have empowered small businesses to expand their footprint online and sell to a countrywide audience.
Bezos closes the letter by mentioning how Amazon.in has turned into "India Ki Apni Dukaan", and even though it's been five years it still feels like Day 1 -- he remains "energized and humbled" by the opportunities ahead.
To celebrate their 5th anniversary, Amazon India is offering a Rs 250 cashback to consumers who shop for at least Rs 1000 on Wednesday, June 6.?
