Huawei along with its P30 Pro had unveiled a pair of smart glasses in collaboration with a South Korean eyewear maker, that can take calls as well as summon the voice assistant.
But its pricing and availability were never revealed. However, now they are finally hitting the shelves in China.?

The Chinese smartphone maker developed this in collaboration with South Korean designer brand Gentle Monster Eyewear, which is a premium brand known to create unique and trendy looking glasses.?
The bold-looking glasses come in five variants- Smart East Moon 01, Smart Jack Blue 01, Smart South Side 01, Smart Alio 01, and Smart Alio C1. The glasses come in a variety of designs including a wayfarer style, club master style etc. They follow a minimal design language to stay with the current trends. These start selling at 1,999 Yuan, (approximately Rs 20,000)?
While these are smart-glasses, they don't have displays like the one seen on Google Glass. In fact, the entire UI is screen-less and is only designed to either take calls, listen to music or do a specific task using the voice assistant.?

The temple of the glasses has touch sensors that can be used to answer or reject calls. The temple area is also equipped with microphones and speakers to communicate with ease. Users can also summon the voice assistant using the touch gesture. The glass can also be easily customised as per the user's liking and utility.?
The glasses are dust and water-resistant with IP67 rating. To power the glasses, Gentle Moster has equipped them with a 2200mAh battery which charges wirelessly when stored in the case. Users can also charge it with a USB Type-C cable.
While chances for these glasses to come to India seem pretty bleak, they look really cool nonetheless.?
