The Taurid meteor shower will be visible this month and it¡¯s best to catch them before full moon on November 14. This shower isn¡¯t as glorious as the Perseid Shower because it doesn¡¯t have a lot of shooting stars to offer, but those that shoot past are like fireballs.

NASA¡¯s metero expert, Bill Cooke, said, ¡°In general, the taurids are very bright. So there may be only five per hour, but they are bright. That¡¯s their claim to fame.¡±
India will be able to catch the shower this month on November 11 and 12. It will carry on for a few days after as well but these two are its peak days. If you¡¯re in one of the most polluted cities like Delhi, then it would be a good idea to move out of the city if you want to catch the sight. Meteor showers are more visible from a higher altitude, away from artificial light disturbance.

The Taurids are associated with Comet Encke and as it orbits the sun, it leaves a trail of comet confetti behind.
Cooke added, ¡°The rates are low, so be prepared to look for a while.¡±
