BJP spokesperson Jaiveer Shergill slams Air India for its poor services: 'Broken seats, worst airline'

Air India Airlines has been making headlines for its poor services for the past few months. In January, an Air India passenger slammed the airline for his 'horrible experience' in an angry post on Twitter which went viral. Following this, on Tuesday, Jaiveer Shergill, a Bharatiya Janata Party’s national spokesperson shared a similar experience on Air India.

On Tuesday, Jaiveer Shergill took to his X (formerly called Twitter) to share about his experience on the airline during his recent travel through the flight. The post of Jaiveer read, "If there was an Oscar equivalent for WORST AIRLINES, @airindia would win hands down in every category."

Jaiveer Shergill's post is making rounds on social media. In the post, Jaiveer highlighted that the seats were broken, the airline has the worst staff, and it has pathetic on-ground support.

Without sharing many details, Shergill shared that flying in Air India is not a pleasant experience for several reasons, including broken seats, worse staff, and pathetic on-ground support staff.

Responding to Shergill's complaints, Air India, in a reply to his post, apologised for the inconvenience caused. They also mentioned, "Kindly share the travel details with us via DM. We'll get in touch with you.”

Not the first time: Air India's poor experiences by passengers

This is not the first time that a passenger of Air India complained about the flight.

Earlier this, a passenger named Nilesh Bansal shared on his X, alleging that he and his 4-year-old child were downgraded to the economy class flight AI-2055, whereas their original seats were allocated to Air India crew members, including a pilot.

Not only this, but another passenger, Drew Binsky, who is also a YouTuber and travel influencer, shared a video while travelling from London to Amritsar in business class, where he was seen calling the nine-hour flight 'pathetic.'.

In yet another strange and frustrating incident, passengers were stuck on an Air India plane for five long hours when their flight was delayed. The video of the incident went viral.?
