The wait for Grand Theft Auto VI, or GTA 6, is really killing fans now! Well, with every passing day, a new rumour or speculation surfaces on the internet that talks about the release date of the game. Amid this, most recently, one industry insider has come out of the woodwork to suggest a launch date of GTA 6.
A former Rockstar Games developer, Leslie Benzies, has been waxing lyrical about GTA 6. Recently, upon being asked if he is still interested in GTA 6, he said, "Absolutely. There¡¯s a great number of geniuses there always creating something new, unique and on a scale that very few others can actually pull off.¡±
On the other hand, a popular gaming review user, Detective Seeds on X (formerly called Twitter), was among the ones that shared the news about the Elder Scrolls Oblivion remake and shared a cryptic post.
Taking to his X, the user has suggested that the big day will fall in mid-November. Along with this, he also said that GTA 6 will feature Sony and PlayStation branding heavily in its marketing.
He posted a GTA image along with the caption, "Remember remember the middle of November," earlier this month.
There have been reports on signs that indicate the release of the game in October, which were mostly based on the release dates for fellow Take-Two titles Mafia: The Old Country and Borderlands 4.
However, fans are still waiting for the confirmation from Rockstar Games itself. But it is also a fact that people do follow the suggestions of Detective Seeds.
Noticing the post on X, fans couldn't keep calm, and they shared their reactions on the same. One said, ¡°But when will they drop a new trailer?¡±
To which Detective Seeds replied, saying in the end of May¡¯
¡°Remember remember the 5th of November....I'll remember to grab popcorn when this will fail to be the true release date for #Gta6...?...nobody knows anything about the real release date...when #Rockstar will talk I'll listen...not before...???¡±
¡°supposedly getting the new Mafia in August, the end of this year is going to be superior with gaming man im hype¡±
