Police Has Decided To Resolve The Conflict peacefully
The doctor lives in the Palasia area near the Greater Kailash Hospital in Madhya Pradesh. The police officer in charge at the Palasia station, Sanjay Singh Bains, affirmed that a written complaint had indeed been filed at the doctor's request.?To resolve the conflict, the authorities have decided to take a peaceful route. In case the situation cannot be resolved through peaceful means, they will have to follow the criminal procedure to resolve the issue..
The policeman explained, ¡°We will first try to resolve it by talking to both the parties involved. If the problem persists, action will be taken under section 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC).¡± As per the section, if need be the police will write over the situation as ¡°unlawful obstruction or nuisance¡± in a public space.?
In his report, the?doctor?clearly stated that due to his schedule at the hospital, he reaches home in the middle of the night, and the continuous crowing of his neighbour¡¯s rooster at 5 a.m. interrupts his morning?sleep.
