Ratan Tata is known to be active on Instagram, and often shares some golden glimpses of his bygone years. From a dashing picture of his younger self, to now his time in?Riverdale Country School.?
Tata shared a picture of the yearbook on Instagram,?¡°Throwing far back to my school days this Thursday, thinking about my friends Lou and Rudy. A snippet from my yearbook, Riverdale Country School, 1955,¡± Tata wrote in the caption.

The post comprises of two images - one shows a picture of Tata from his school next to a write-up about him, and the other shows an image of Tata, most likely with the schoolmates he mentioned in the caption.

"Ratan Tata comes to us from India. Easy to get along with, he has made many friends, and although he has been here only a year and a half, he has become quite Americanized. His khaki pants, not forgetting his yellow shirt, have become the center of much discussion," the bio reads.

"Ratan hopes to be an engineer. He has surprised many, including his teacher, in Physics class by his knowledge of engineering principles. Last spring, Ratan, although he had never seen a baseball before, played for the J. V. team. In extra-curricular activities, he writes for the Review and is a staunch member of the Cosmopolitan Club, where he has spoken about India."
"He compared his Indian school to Riverdale. Ratan came to the conclusion that although he takes six fewer courses here, Riverdale is a much tougher school. Ratan plans to go on to college in the States to get his engineering degree, and then perhaps to return to India. Ratan's charming and unassuming character is sure to bring him success. We are sure that if he continues to develop his charm and intelligence to the full, he will have a happy and useful life," it added.
