Shrinking forests due to construction, global warming and climate change are leading wild animals to enter residential areas making them cross paths with humans. Now, a lot of it is also leading to accidents.?
But a traffic police officer made sure that animals and humans can co-exist well without being hurt. There is a video from Maharashtra where traffic police can be seen?stopping commuters at a signal on both sides of the road asking people to remain calm. At a distance, a tiger is seen emerging behind the trees and slowly walking out of the forest to cross the road.
People come out of their vehicles to take pictures and videos of this unusual view. However, one of the policemen is asking people to stay quiet and not startle the animal in any way. The ferocious tiger takes its time to cross the road without being alarmed as vehicles wait patiently for it to go back into the forest.
¡°Green signal only for tiger. These beautiful people,¡± IFS Officer Parveen Kaswan wrote on Twitter, sharing the video and expressing his gratitude and appreciation for the police officials and the public.??
Even though the IFS officer didn't know which part of Maharashtra the video originated from, many took to Twitter to say it was most likely captured on National Highway 353D between Brahmapuri and Nagbhir in Maharashtra. People on the internet loved how the tiger was not bothered by so many people clicking it and kept on going calmly.?
While this is praiseworthy, it could have gone wrong in no time. Being careful is the key.?
