Dosa recently made headlines with a new type of?dosa making waves on the internet. This humble creation, termed 'Spiderman Dosa,' has taken the internet by storm and gone viral.
The dosa vendor was located on Kora Food Street in Anna Nagar, Chennai.?
We could see the making of the unique 'Spiderman Dosa' in the viral video. First, the lady poured the Dosa batter into a bottle in an unusual manner. Rather than spooning it onto the tawa, she drizzled it in small streams in a circular motion.?
The Dosa base now has a web-like structure. She then repeated the process on the other tawa. The filling also included egg wash, vegetable keema, cheese, and spices like oregano and chilli flakes. Once both dosas were cooked, they were sandwiched together and served as a mesh nest with ketchup shaped like a smile!
It has received 16.4 million views, 614k likes, and 855 amazing comments since it was posted. The video has been posted on Instagram by "Namaste India" with a caption, "Spider man Dosa #namasteiindia#indianfood#indianstreetfood#"

Dosa is a popular South Indian dish enjoyed all over India and in many other parts of the world. It is a thin, crispy pancake made from fermented rice and lentil batter. The batter is made by soaking rice and lentils, grinding them into a fine paste, and then letting the mixture ferment overnight. The fermented batter is then spread thinly on a hot grill until it is crispy and golden brown.
?Dosa is typically served with various chutneys, such as coconut chutney, tomato chutney, mint chutney, and sambar, a spicy lentil and vegetable stew. It can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and is a popular street food in India.
There are many different types of dosa, including plain dosa, masala dosa (filled with a spiced potato filling), onion dosa, and rava dosa (made with semolina). Dosas are often filled with other ingredients, such as cheese, paneer (cottage cheese), or vegetables.
