Boiling milk is pretty much the most basic kitchen work we all need to do. But at some point or other, we all have left our milk to boil a little too much leading it to spill over. But what if we tell you that there is a hack that does not let your milk spill after boiling??
Well, Twitter has helped us with a hack and we can't believe we didn't know about this all this time.?
Twitter user, doctor and author Nandita Iyer shared a simple hack to prevent milk from boiling over and all you need is a wooden ladle.?
?
That's right! According to her cooking tip, keeping a wooden ladle over the milk pan prevents it from boiling over. She also discussed the entire science behind it and it completely makes sense.?
Apparently,?the layer on top that traps the steam coming from the milk after it boils breaks when it hits the ladle and the vapour escapes. This reduces the pressure beneath preventing it from boiling over.?
The pro tip here is that one should use wood over a metal ladder as it won't get hot and burn your fingers. Someone on the comment section too weighed in on this information.?
?People on the internet could not believe that they didn't know about this hack before and had a lot to say.?
?
Indians are great at finding hacks to make their lives easier. Recently, a man found a way to tackle the increasing rise in petrol prices and found a very unique way to carpool. A man rode a motorbike that had wing-like wooden planks attached to it with a bunch of people sitting on them with crossed legs. As he drove with over three-four people on the bike, he balanced it pretty well.?
However, many people share many hacks for common things in our day to day life. A doctor shared how one can eat peanut butter before going to bed if one isn't able to fall asleep.?
