Problems that arise with online services are challenging to fix. Sometimes, they require the consumer to complete a cumbersome process involving going through several stages and talking to customer service representatives for an indefinite time.
But a guy from Bengaluru, wholly fed up, did the unthinkable and took matters into his own hands.
Shankar Ganesh tweeted about an incident involving a customer of Swiggy Genie who lives in Bengaluru.?
Customers can also use Swiggy Genie to pay for their orders. Many people also use the service to deliver essential files, food, or even keys to the concerned person.
The guy hired a Swiggy Genie to relay his product complaint to Apple without going through the "How may I help you?" protocol.
The tweet reads, "A person sent a Dunzo or Swiggy Genie guy to the Imagine Apple Store here and spoke to the staff through his phone (to bypass centralized call centers). Just @peakbengaluru t,hings I guess."
While some users commented on how they would test out this hack, others praised the man for coming up with a creative solution, true to the city, which has often gained headlines for its innovation and 'Jugaad."
