It's been a couple of difficult months for Justin Bieber, who is battling a difficult time on the personal front. Amid concerning reports highlighting his mental health woes, a new report has revealed that the singer is "depressed and angry" after he discovered financial mismanagement by former friends and business associates he had trusted for over a decade.
According to a NewsNation report, Justin Bieber's new management team found major financial discrepancies, sparking concerns about the missing money from his funds. The latest development comes after reports revealed Bieber is planning on suing his former managers Lou Taylor and David Bolno in 2023 over mismanagement of his funds. In addition to this, various reports also claimed that the Peaches singer sold his music catalog to Hipgnosis Songs Capital for $200 million in 2022 to pay Justice Tour damages that he had to leave halfway through owing to health concerns.
A music industry executive told the publication, "There are a lot of discrepancies in his books; he has a new accounting and management team, and they are finding out a lot, and there's a lot missing."
Rumors earlier this month suggested that Justin and Hailey are heading for a $300 million divorce, alleging that Hailey is growing increasingly frustrated and concerned about the singer's conduct. However, a new report reveals that Justin is sailing through enduring time, all thanks to the Rhode founder's support.
Justin became a topic of social media discourse after he appeared noticeably thinner during his recent appearances, with many citing alleged drug abuse as the reason for his rapid weight loss.
Following an online fury over Justin's physical and mental health, Justin's team slammed 'fake' rumors. A rep for the singer told TMZ, ¡°The recurring narrative that Justin is using hard drugs is absolutely not true." Contrary to rumors, the rep stated the singer is ¡°in one of the best places in his life," adding that currently all his focus is on actively parenting his newborn son Jack Blues Bieber. The rep further explained that the singer went through a ¡°very transformative¡± past year, which required him to end several close friendships and business relationships that no longer served him.
The singer has lately been on an unfollowing spree on Instagram, disassociating himself from his former close associates, including Usher, Diddy, and Benny Blanco, among others. He also unfollowed his father-in-law, Stephen Baldwin.
Despite speculations surrounding his health and marriage, the singer remains committed to his art and is planning a comeback this year. He has been teasing new music on his Instagram account but has yet to announce a title for his forthcoming project.
