In addition, an alleged text message from Kim Sae Ron has surfaced, where she reportedly asks the actor for an extension to repay her debts.
On March 11, a never-seen-before photo of Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Sae Ron went viral on Reddit and X, leaving the actor's fans in disbelief. Previously, fans had called for concrete evidence of the alleged six-year relationship between the two, which had been claimed by the late actress’s aunt.
The photo shows the Queen of Tears actor kissing Kim Sae Ron on the cheek while she poses for a selca. This new photo has sparked widespread speculation online about the nature of their relationship. While India Times was unable to verify the authenticity of the now viral photo, a Reddit community dedicated to K-drama users claims Garosero shared it during a live stream. Further, the YouTube channel reportedly claimed the pic was taken one year after they started dating, when she was 16.

Along with the picture, a desperate text from the Bloodhounds actress sent to Kim Soo Hyun has also gone viral. The text reportedly dates back to March 19, 2024, begging for him to save her from the debts.
Kim Sae Ron’s aunt claimed that GOLD MEDALIST, Kim Soo Hyun's management company, initially demanded KRW 20 billion (around USD 13.7 million) in penalty fees from Kim Sae Ron a year after they compensated for her DUI incident. After questioning the amount, the company reportedly reduced the sum to KRW 700 million (about USD 480,000).
However, in 2024, she was hit with a lawsuit demanding repayment. Following this, Kim Sae Ron allegedly sent Kim Soo Hyun a message asking for more time instead of facing legal action. This message was also reportedly made public by Garasero after the above-shared, never-seen-before picture.
Kim Sae Ron's alleged text to Kim Soo Hyun reads, "Oppa, this is Sae Ron. I received the letter of certification today that [your company] is suing me. You said that you would give me ample time, so I’m working hard, preparing to make a comeback. I will pay you back with a percentage from each work.
