With slang becoming an everyday trend, how do we decide the right place and the right time to use them? Especially something like WTF?
Recently, a Rutherford High School teacher wrote ¡®Wtf if this¡¯ on a student¡¯s assignment sheet. How bad was the student's assignment, we wonder?
But it's a thankless world for teachers, and, unfortunately, she might be facing consequences.
Melinda Smith, the mother of the student said that she was shocked when she saw her son's Science homework sheet. The big, red words, 'Wtf is this¡¯ were hard to ignore.
The mother? now want actions to be taken against the teacher. "I think for sure she needs to be reprimanded, I believe that something should be placed in her file," said Smith.
The teacher has yet to respond publicly, claim reports. Principle Coy Pilson said that they are not ready to reveal the identity of the teacher but have spoken with the teacher regarding appropriate classroom conduct.
"Once we were notified, I notified district officials and our HR has been involved and they're currently investigating the situation," said Pilson.
"She was apologetic and it was a mistake on her part," said Pilson.
It's unclear if any action will be taken against the teacher at this time.
