Bengaluru is known to have tech bros and startup enthusiasts in every corner, proving that the entire city understands how technology works. Now, Airbnb has provided us with another peak Bengaluru moment.?
An Airbnb in Bengaluru went all creative to ensure that the guests pay right up front while using any of the chargeable items provided to them in their rooms.?From coffee sachet to shampoo, each item in the room has QR codes attached to them.?
A Twitter user?Deepak Gopalakrishnan shared a post with a picture of the products he was provided at an Airbnb.?
¡°At an Airbnb in Bangalore and the host has kept purchasable items with QR codes for payments and this is the most @peakbengaluru moment that has ever happened to me,¡± read the caption.??
In the picture, one can see a shampoo sachet, coffee sachet, Dark Fantasy choco fills, and a few more items, each with a price and QR code attached.?
The post has garnered more than 500 likes and several reactions.?
"Why¡¯d you blur the QRs though? Are you afraid someone might pay them for you?" a person said.?
"Do folks pay? Thats the most important question here," a second person asked.?
"Qr code for Rs.2 That's ridiculous," a third person said.???
"I think it's a great idea and service," another added.?
The above case doesn't sum up India's tech hub, nothing else will. However, it is one of several instances that highlight Bengaluru's love affair with technology and its utilities. Every individual understands the new-age culture including autorickshaw drivers.?
Earlier, an?auto driver informed a passenger that he had to go to the CNG pump to refill the vehicle's cylinder.?When the passenger agreed, the three-wheeler got stuck in traffic.
The passenger eventually informed the driver that was now running late, and the driver responded to him - "Login kabka hai?"
"As soon as I board my morning auto to work, riding partner tells me we¡¯ll have to stop for CNG on the way. I was fine with it, so we started the ride. After the mad traffic on the way, I asked him to drive straight to the drop location because I was late," the passenger said.
The auto driver asked him, "Login kabka hai?"?
