This isn¡¯t her first display of her Brahmin pride; in August, she stirred controversy by proclaiming, ¡°Brahmins are the new Jews of India,¡± arguing that they face similar persecution: ¡°Just as Jews were targeted, the same tactics are now being used by this cabal.¡±
She lamented how, ¡°For every problem, Brahmins are blamed and abused,¡± referencing slogans heard at institutions like Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) that call for ¡°freedom from Brahmanism.¡±?
