Stunned by the sight, he hastily texted a friend, questioning if he was seeing correctly. I'm like, is that a car on top of a dumpster? So, are you serious? Oh, my God. Is that fair game? Is this free? It's in the trash. I was unsure. On the way back, I stopped to record a short video. Is the prank gone wrong? Have you parked in the wrong spot? I really have no idea."

According to the portal, construction workers explained that the SUV was parked in an area that interfered with their work, so one of them used a forklift to move it out of the way.?
