When the resort's guest brought the concern to the attention of the resort's administration, the staff downplayed it as a preventative measure against COVID.
"It was a technical error. The curbs were meant for guests undergoing ayurvedic treatment at the resort, owing to hygiene issues," a resort management representative said in a TNIE report.?
