A businessman in Punjab gave his contractor a Rolex watch worth ?1 crore for great work on his 9-acre property. Gurdip Dev Bath, who commissioned the enormous estate, stated that contractor Rajinder Singh Roopra's dedication to "quality, speed of delivery, and meticulous attention" to detail led him to make the kind offer.
