Selling bags on the streets of Mumbai
In 1992, hundreds of people lost their money to the infamous stockbroker Harshad Mehta scam. One of these was Moolchand Jain, a Jharkhand-based businessman, who lost all his money in the 1992 scam.??
According to Yourstory, when Tushar Jain's family situation worsened after this scam, he started selling bags on the streets of Mumbai with the help of his teenage son.
With grit and determination, Tushar Jain improved his position through struggle and hard work and successfully founded a company named High Spirit Commercial Ventures in 2012. Tushar Jain is co-founder of High Spirit Commercial Ventures and today its the fourth largest backpack and luggage selling company in India. The Rs 250-crore company has its headquarters in Mumbai and 10 regional offices spread across India, covering every district of the country.
A Rs 250-crore empire
In 2014, his ventures reached a production capacity of 10,000 to 20,000 bags per day and a turnover of about Rs 90 crore. In 2017 it touched Rs 250 crore and a manufacturing capacity of 30,000 to 35,000 units per day.

Building the brand's credibility
In 1999, Tushar Jain started a business with 300 retailers and in 2002 moved to Mumbai to spread his work across India. He launched his first in-house brand named ¡®Priority¡¯. In? 2006, he began associations with several important clients and provided them with customized bags. By the year 2007, he had established a foothold in the Indian market. For this, he opened his manufacturing unit and started making three to four thousand bags every day.
After his continued success, Tushar Jain¡¯s company launched Traworld and Hashtag in 2017. This has really worked well for consumers and signed Bollywood actor and style icon Sonam Kapoor Ahuja as our brand ambassador for Traworld.

Generated employment for thousands
Tushar Jain always believed that no milestone is far if you pursue your dreams with passion and enthusiasm. Tushar not only founded a company but also generated employment for thousands. Not just this, he has trained many entrepreneurs, who are successful in earning up to Rs 50 crores today.
In an interview with YourStory, Tushar said, ¡°We are dreaming of becoming a company with a turnover of Rs 1,000 crore in the next four to five years. On the same lines, we are setting up a flagship plant in Patna, Bihar, where we will be manufacturing 25 lakh bags per annum.¡±
