Quitting civil engineering and creating a business worth crores
Achar loved farming from the beginning and he spent a lot of time with his cows at home. In 2019, Achar decided to quit his job and join his father¡¯s business and worked hard to increase revenue using innovative ways, advanced technologies and his engineering experience.

After joining his family business Achar expanded the dairy firm and the count of the cattle also increased to more than a hundred. Jayaguru Achar used a few advanced innovations to restructure his dairy farm that easily earns Rs 10 lakhs per month according to News 18.
How Jayaguru Achar Hinder earns money from dung, urine and bathing water
Jayaguru Achar Harinder sells thousands of bags of dry cow dung every month. Jayaguru Achar was inspired by watching online videos and then he purchased a machine that dries cow dung from Punjab.

Not only this, but the Achar also sold a mixture of cow dung solution, which contains dung, urine and used water that comes out of the cowshed after bathing the cows. This solution is supplied by tankers. By selling this solution Achar earns around Rs 8 to Rs 11 per litre. This solution is delivered to farmers¡¯ fields which is very useful for plants.
Gonandajala
Gonandajala is actually a high nutrient that promotes crop growth. After the cow dies, instead of being cremated or buried, the body of the cow is left in a large tank, which contains urine, butter and other items and water. It is closed and left for 6-7 months so that the body decomposes completely and the fluid is then used as liquid fertiliser.
Other than this, Achar sells 750 liters of milk and 30-40 liters of ghee per day. According to News 18, In the future, Jayaguru Achar plans to set up a unit to manufacture dairy products. ¡°I know it¡¯s a twenty-four-hour job, but here I am an open boss and I find complete satisfaction in it,¡± Achar said.
