WWE Worlds Collide 2025 results: Octagon Jr picks up a win, brawls with Dominik Mysterio

Dominiik Mysterio challenged Octagon Jr to a match at Money in the Bank 2025 after the latter picked up a massive win in a six-man tag match at WWE Worlds Collide. ¡®Dom¡¯ will put his Intercontinental title on the line in the contest.

Octagon Jr shines at WWE Worlds Collide

Octagon Jr, Mr Iguana, and Aero Star beat LWO in the opening match of WWE Worlds Collide 2025, an event that features talent from AAA and the Stamford-based promotion. Octagon Jr started off the match against Cruz Del Toro. The two put on a bit of a show before the mult-man nature of the contest took centre stage. Mr Iguana, in particular, left the audience stunned with his unique mannerisms and unusual interactions with a stuffed toy.

Aero Star too garnered attention when he took down his rivals with a ¡®suicide dive¡¯ to the outside. However, the biggest highlight of the match came in the dying moments when Octagon Jr pinned Lince Dorado after a move of the top rope for the win. After the match, Dominik Mysterio insulted his father and WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio.

This upset Octagon Jr, who confronted him. ¡®Dom¡¯ and the AAA star then brawled in the ring till security separated the two. Dominik then challenged him to a match at WWE Money in the Bank, which will be held later in the night.. Octagon Jr considers Rey Mysterio to be his idol.
