The world's longest bicycle now measures an incredible 180 feet, 11 inches. Eight Dutch engineering enthusiasts collaborated to develop this astonishing machine, which broke the previous record set in 2020 by Australian Bernie Ryan, whose bicycle measured 155 feet 8 inches.?This brand-new record-breaking bicycle is astonishingly completely rideable, albeit it may not be practical for regular use in cities.
According to Guinness World Records, Ivan Schalk, 39, led the crew and had been preparing it since he was a child.?He said, "I've been thinking about the idea for years. I once received a Guinness World Records book in which I came across this record."

According to the reference book, this record has been beaten several times during the last 60 years. It was set in 1965 by an 8-meter (26-foot-three-inch) bicycle constructed in Cologne, Germany.
Past record holders have come from a variety of countries, including New Zealand, Italy, Belgium, Australia, and two Dutch teams.
Ivan, who has previously built carnival floats, started this project in 2018 to fill his leisure time.
When he needed help building the massive bicycle, he went to the local carnival in his hometown of Prinsenbeek to find team members.
"Prinsenbeek is known for its volunteers and high technical employability," Ivan informed me.?

"You can sit in front of the television, but we don't do that here in Prinsenbeek.
"We have the technical knowledge and want to apply this knowledge to the maximum."??
