In a wonderful story, two women married in the critical care unit (ICU) of a Lucknow hospital to fulfil their father's wish. Sufi Saiyad Junaid Sabri was admitted just days before his daughters' wedding. The 55-year-old, who was not fit to receive a discharge certificate, had asked hospital officials to allow his daughters to marry in the ICU.?

According to the article, special accommodations were made within the ICU at the request of his daughters, who were getting married in Mumbai on June 22 but wanted to do it in front of their father.According to the medical personnel, five people were permitted to attend the celebration on humanitarian grounds.?
The first daughter, Dr Darksha Saiyad (26), had her nikah on Thursday, while the second daughter, Tanzila Saiyad (24), married the following day.Junaid's brother, Dr Tariq Sabri, revealed that he had been hospitalised five times in the previous 14 months.?

Dr Sabri went on to say that Junaid was supposed to travel to Mumbai for the wedding, but he was admitted to the hospital owing to health difficulties.?
According to the reports, the dean, Prof. MMA Faridi, authorized the request¡ªbut only on the condition that five individuals, including the groom's side, enter the ICU while following all essential safety precautions."It was permitted, and finally, the nikah was performed," Dr. Sabri stated.?
