Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri took to X to share a video of a man remaining calm while demanding a refund from a multiplex management after a concert was cancelled. The film director lauded the man in his article, referring to him as "objective".
"I like such citizens. Decent, objective, professional, and holding authority accountable," Agnihotri said, ending his message with clapping emoticons.
The video begins with a text insert reading, "Cancellation of IMAX show sparks outrage among theatregoers, puts management under fire."
It shows a man chatting with the manager and expressing his displeasure with the show's cancellation. He then makes a list of things he believes the theatre should deliver to the current audience.
Since being shared, the post has received over 7.9 lakh views. The video has received nearly 15,000 likes. People left various comments in response to the share.

Another person disagreed with the man in the video, adding, ¡°A ticket refund would have made sense, but ten vouchers is a bit much.¡±
