The place was so overcrowded, that at at 7.48 a.m., authorities issued a notice declaring that the park had reached its 20,000 person daily capacity, and would not be accepting any more visitors, media Global Times reports.?

"China is not near the end, but has entered a new stage. With the global epidemic raging, China has not reached the end," he reportedly said.?Given the fall in country¡¯s reported number of positive cases, the government is restarting the manufacturing and service industries.
After pictures of overcrowded Huangshan started floating on social media, the official newspaper of the ruling Communist Party, People's Daily, issued a reprimand to people: ¡®Do not gather!¡¯

Reopening of these public spaces is a matter of concern, also because China is reporting COVID-19 cases where the patients are asymptomatic.?
The government and the citizens should take precaution right now, so as to not be a victim of another wave.?
