Studio Ghibli, the ChatGPT's new image generator, has been the talk of the town across social media for a few weeks now. We all have witnessed how ChatGPT's new capabilities have been most famously used to light up the Ghibli-style image trend on social media.
But do you want more Studio Ghibli-like tools? Well, on Sunday, Sam Altman dropped a post hinting that there is a lot of good stuff for users which is planned to come this week.
The OpenAI CEO, Sam Altman, shared a post on X (formerly called Twitter), "We've got a lot of good stuff for you this coming week! kicking it off tomorrow. We bought a lot of silly baby things that we haven't needed, but I recommend a Cradlewise crib and a lot more burp rags than you think you could possibly need."
The 39-year-old CEO, the post went on to mention that OpenAI welcomes passionate engineers and system designers who thrive on squeezing maximum performance out of computing systems. He said, "If you have a background in compiler design or programming language design, we might have something great for you."
"If you are interested in infrastructure and very large-scale computing systems, the scale of what¡¯s happening at OpenAI right now is insane, and we have very hard/interesting challenges," he added.
Sam Altman's latest post on X has grabbed the attention of netizens on social media. Most of them discuss what is next after Studio Ghibli.
One said, "Will it be better than Gemini 2.5?"
"We would all be eternally grateful if you unnerf 4o image gen and make it function like it did the first 2 days," another said.
"Tomorrow? Isn¡¯t that just a fancy word for procrastination?"
"How long until chatgpt can execute tasks on my behalf? I.e send emails, call people, make changes to my Google drive etc."
"Nice, this week is Google vS xAI vS OpenAI. It's going to be a three way match."
