As far as extreme body modifications go, there is none more radical than Anthony Loffredo. The Frenchman who has transformed his body in a bid to become a "black alien" has now had flesh carved out of his head to spell his nickname.
Loffredo, who has already had his ears, lips and fingers sliced off, has just gone on and had his nickname carved on his head.?
His quest to transform himself into a ¡®black alien¡¯ began at 27, and Loffredo?is now coated in?tattoos, as well as sporting a snake-like split tongue and reptilian implants across his arm and head.
Loffredohas previously revealed he gets judged for his looks, but he has never lets the trolls get to him.?
In a clip posted to his 1.3million followers on Instagram,?the?body modification?addict?reveals how the word "alien" has been carved into his head.??
The black tattooed skin has been sliced out to reveal a gory red mess and form the letters.
Loffredosuggested in the clip that he's not even halfway to reaching his target in the caption, writing: "Black alien project evolution 45%."
Last month,?Anthony Loffredo revealed he had?plans to get more extreme surgery in the future.?While speaking to the?Club 113 podcast, the?body modification?addict has said that there may be more amputations to come.??
After being asked by?the podcast¡¯s host whether he has ever kept any of his amputated body parts, he replied: "My ears. My friend keeps them."?
While Loffredo refused to dwell into details, he admitted that he was considering removing one leg from the knee down.
¡°It¡¯s something really hard because I have a healthy leg, and an amputation is something big,¡± he said.?
He described how he liked the process of his transformation to continually evolve.??
¡°With aliens, no one knows what¡¯s out there, there¡¯s lots of films, lots of manga, so I take inspiration from everything, and it¡¯s also my own creation,¡± he said.
¡°I have a picture in my mind but I also like to improvise. I like having more stuff on it because I also think if I want something I do it directly," he added.? ?

¡°I had a click when I was a?security guard. I realized that I was not living my life the way I wanted. I stopped everything at 24 and left for Australia,¡± he told the outlet.??
